Our Spray-Textured HDPE Geomembrane is engineered through an advanced secondary extrusion process where a coating of textured material is uniformly sprayed onto one or both sides of a smooth HDPE sheet during manufacturing. This creates a consistent, high-friction surface with controlled roughness. Unlike co-extruded textured membranes, the spray-on method allows for a more random and aggressively rough pattern, which directly translates to significantly higher interface shear strength with geosynthetics and soils. This membrane retains all the excellent properties of a standard HDPE geomembrane—exceptional chemical resistance, low permeability, and high durability—while adding the critical benefit of enhanced slope stability, making it the intelligent choice for demanding applications where security is paramount.
